The Warrior Within Workshop - LOW

Unlocking the Warrior Within is a transformative workshop designed to help you connect with the Warrior archetype, unlocking your potential for clear discernment, decisive action, discipline, and focused energy.

Inspired by Carl Jung’s work and further explored by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette, the Warrior represents the part of you that takes action with clarity and purpose, standing firm in the face of challenges. Discernment—knowing when to act and when to hold back—is at the heart of the Warrior’s power. This workshop will help you cultivate the ability to make clear, confident decisions, allowing you to take action that is both purposeful and aligned with your values, whether in fatherhood, partnership, or business.

Through embodied practices and group exercises, we explore the principles of discernment, discipline, and action that define the Warrior archetype. The Warrior’s strength is not just about external battles but also about setting boundaries, maintaining focus, and acting with integrity. With a strong foundation of discernment, you’ll learn how to embrace discomfort, stay aligned with your purpose, and foster growth in yourself and those around you.

Life’s demands can sometimes push us toward over-aggression or passivity. Our workshop teaches you how to ground yourself in the balanced Warrior, using discernment to avoid burnout or indecisiveness. You’ll learn to wield your inner strength with courage while remaining firm yet compassionate in all areas of your life.

Our coaches will observe and guide you through the process—how you move, react, challenge yourself, and engage with others. You’ll gain the tools to uncover where you’ve been holding back, what patterns are keeping you stuck, and how to break free. Our unique process also highlights how your nervous system influences your responses, giving you greater insight into how to manage stress and take effective action in high-pressure situations.

Fasting Beforehand: We recommend fasting a minimum of 12 hours before we meet on Sunday, but this is optional. The longer you fast, the deeper you’ll be able dive. Please reach out if you have any questions about fasting. Everyone is different, and you must consider your own medical history, current health status, and nutritional needs before starting.

NOVEMBER 10th:
7AM: Arrive at the hike. We will email you the location once you sign up, but it will be near Woodside, CA.

7:15AM: Meet & Warmup.

7:30AM: Begin Hike.

9:30AM: Pause halfway to go through some exercises & journaling.

11AM: Break. Fast. We will have simple, light food to eat. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand.

12PM: By noon we will be back at our cars & will close out the workshop.
