  • Fasting Beforehand: We recommend fasting a minimum of 12 hours before we meet on Sunday, but this is optional. The longer you fast, the deeper you’ll be able dive. Please reach out if you have any questions about fasting. Everyone is different, and you must consider your own medical history, current health status, and nutritional needs before starting.

    MARCH 16th:
    7AM:     Arrive at the hike. We will email you the location once you sign up, but it will be near Woodside, CA.

    7:15AM: Meet & Warmup.

    7:30AM: Begin Hike.

    9:30AM: Pause halfway to go through some exercises & journaling.

    11AM: Break. Fast. We will have simple, light food to eat. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand.

    12PM: By noon we will be back at our cars & will close out the workshop.
