Embodying the King Workshop - LOW

Embodying the King allows you to transmit empowering leadership through postures and strategies that promote trustworthy leadership. This workshop is designed to help you carry yourself in a way that fosters growth, creates peace, and cultivates harmony in your life.

Through embodied practices and group exercises, we delve into the King archetype, as defined by Carl Jung and further explored by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette. The King represents order, authority, and the ruling principle in the psyche, helping you become a better father, partner, and business leader.

Life's challenges can push you towards negative extremes. Our workshop helps you ground yourself in the wise King, avoiding the pitfalls of oppressive dominance or passive neglect. You'll learn to embody strength, wisdom, compassion, and justice, providing order when others are in chaos.

Through our unique process, we reveal how your nervous system response impacts how you show up in life. Our coaches observe everything you do—how you interact, get comfortable, get uncomfortable, sit, stand, think, walk, and talk. We provide a mirror, allowing you to see where you are stuck and identify opportunities for massive breakthroughs.

This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing: lack of direction or follow-through, procrastination, inability to speak their truth or follow through with their vision, feelings of being stuck or victimized by life, low self-esteem or lack of self-trust, resistance to taking responsibility, preparation for fatherhood, or becoming a better leader.

Our process helps you identify and address your blind spots, unlocking change. Walk away with an increased level of depth, prepared to lead with wisdom, strength, and compassion.

Fasting Beforehand: We recommend fasting a minimum of 12 hours before we meet on Saturday, but this is optional. The longer you fast, the deeper you’ll be able dive. Please reach out if you have any questions about fasting. Everyone is different, and you must consider your own medical history, current health status, and nutritional needs before starting.

JULY 20th:
7AM: Arrive at the hike. We will email you the location once you sign up, but it will be near Woodside, CA.

7:15AM: Meet & Warmup.

7:30AM: Begin Hike.

9:30AM: Pause halfway to go through some exercises & journaling.

11AM: Break. Fast. We will have simple, light food to eat. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know beforehand.

12PM: By noon we will be back at our cars & will close out the workshop.
